Built by OCC Yachtbuilders and launched in 2013, the Tuna 40.2 is a refined version of the original Tuna 40, offering a more modern layout and improved handling systems. This 12.2 metre GRP displacement cruiser is fitted with twin Yanmar 4JH4-TE engines on saildrives, hydraulic gearboxes, and Naiad Dynamics fin stabilisers. She has a shallow draft of 0.9m, a CE category B rating, and is equally at home on inland waterways or coastal runs. With three cabins, six berths, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and updated upholstery and cockpit cushions in 2024, she’s ideal for extended liveaboard cruising. The teak deck, bow thruster, 950L fuel capacity, and 1000L freshwater tank give her solid autonomy and easy handling. Currently lying in Loosdrecht, the Netherlands.
