The De Alm Grand Voyager 65, built in 2024, is a 19.95-metre motor yacht crafted from high-grade steel. With a multi-hard chine hull and a displacement of 65 tonnes, she is designed for long-distance, seagoing voyages. Powered by two Volvo Penta D6-300 engines, each producing 300 horsepower, the yacht achieves a cruising speed of 9 knots and a top speed of 11 knots. Her fuel-efficient engines consume just 15 litres per hour, making her ideal for extended journeys. Onboard features include Raymarine navigation systems, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, and a range of luxury finishes, such as a full oak interior with American walnut accents. The hull and superstructure are made of Grade A steel, with thickness varying from 8mm at the bottom to 6mm at the sides and 5mm for the superstructure. Powered by two Volvo Penta D6-300 diesel engines, each delivering 300 horsepower, the De Alm Grand Voyager 65 provides efficient cruising at 9 knots with a maximum speed of 11 knots. The engines are connected to shaft drives with 5-blade fixed propellers made of stainless steel. She features hydraulic and electric steering systems for precise manoeuvrability, along with a hydraulic bow thruster and electric stern thruster from Sidepower Sleipner, both equipped with RMC remote controllers. Additional equipment includes a Whisper 14.5 kW generator and an extra 75-amp alternator on both engines.
The yacht is equipped with a 12V/24V/230V electrical system, supported by Whisper 24-5000-140 battery chargers and a Whisper touchscreen battery monitoring system. It also features a powerful battery setup, including a 12x 2V service battery and a 48V stern thruster battery, all with independent chargers. The vessel is fitted with a shore power connection and an insulation transformer for safe power management. The yacht’s electrical systems ensure reliable power, even on extended voyages.
The De Alm Grand Voyager 65 is built for long-range cruising, with two 2,700-litre fuel tanks and one 1,600-litre fuel tank, totalling 7,000 litres of fuel capacity. Freshwater is stored in a 1,200-litre stainless steel tank, while blackwater is managed with a 1,100-litre stainless steel tank, featuring both deck extraction and a pump-out system.
Equipped with a comprehensive Raymarine navigation suite, the yacht features multiple 18.5-inch and 12-inch Axiom multifunction displays at both the helm and flybridge. Additional systems include Raymarine autopilot, Cyclone 55-watt radar, and Class A AIS transceiver. The yacht also has a rear-view camera and loudhailer for enhanced safety. A complete suite of VHF radios and depth sounders ensures safe navigation at all times.
The yacht accommodates seven guests across three cabins. The owner’s cabin features a double bed with a length of 2 metres, along with an en-suite bathroom. The first guest cabin has two single beds that can convert into a double, with its own en-suite bathroom. The second guest cabin offers a double bed with an additional bunk bed, also with en-suite facilities. Each cabin is fitted with air conditioning and floor heating, ensuring comfort in all climates. The saloon offers a spacious, relaxing area with 2.1 metres of headroom and access to the aft deck via an opening door. The galley is fully equipped with Miele appliances, including a fridge, freezer, induction cooker, and dishwasher.
The De Alm Grand Voyager 65 features a fully teak-finished deck, offering a luxurious yet durable surface for outdoor living. The flybridge provides a second helm position with full hydraulic control, while the aft deck includes comfortable seating and a dining area. The yacht also features a hydraulic Steelhead ES 1000 deck crane, making it easy to handle the dinghy or other equipment. The bathing platform is finished in Permateek, and stainless steel boarding ladders ensure safe access to the water.
The yacht is equipped with an advanced bilge alarm system and electric bilge pumps for added safety at sea. Fire safety is ensured with FirePro fire extinguishers, as well as an automatic extinguisher system in key areas. The yacht is also fitted with a spud pole system, providing stability when moored in shallow waters.
